It Has To Stop.

I have heard on the news recently two different cases of eleven year old boys committing suicide because they were bullied at school. Both of these stories very much touched my heart because I have been bullied, and I have experienced the depression that comes along with it.

I think it is horrible that our society has let it get to this point. We act like it is not a big deal, but it is. How can we just turn our heads when there are eleven year old kids being bullied to the point of choosing to take their own lives? How can we tolerate letting anyone being bullied to the point that they would rather be dead than alive?

There are a good number of people who think children overreact. How many times have I heard that kids will be kids? Yes, kids will be kids. Kids are not perfect and make mistakes. However, does that mean we should turn a blind eye to the children who cry themselves to sleep every night because they just can't fit in? The answer is no.

These children need to know that they are loved. Heck, everyone needs to know that they are loved. Everyone is loved, and I think it is sad that not everyone knows that. Bullying needs to stop. It can be pure torture for the ones going through it. We cannot just look at it like it's nothing, because to some it is everything. As we have seen, to some it is the difference between life and death. We must choose life and love over torture and death!

I too think that bullying of any kind must stop. For school kids it's bullying and it turns into ragging when they come to college.

There's absolutely no reason why any of this should be allowed at all. Every school or college must have a committee to keep a watch.
